Tim Wheeler
Founder & CEO
In 2014, Tim founded Wheeler Staffing Partners, establishing exclusive partnerships with renowned Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and esteemed professionals across various industries. With a diverse background encompassing more than 25 years of experience in Business Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Sales, and Recruiting, Tim brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
During his college years, Tim enjoyed a successful football career at Pittsburg State in Pittsburg, KS, contributing to the team's National Championship in DII in 1991, and achieving a runners-up position in 1992. Subsequently, he pursued his education at Texas A&M University-Commerce Lions, where he took on the role of football team captain in 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management upon graduation.
Originally hailing from Oklahoma City, Tim now calls Rockwall, Texas, his home, where he resides with his wife, Pamala. A passionate supporter of the Dallas Mavericks, Tim is actively engaged in his children's achievements, with all four of them actively participating in high school and collegiate-level athletics

Josh Graham
Director of Recruiting
Josh Graham holds the esteemed position of Director of Recruiting and Operations at Wheeler Staffing Partners. He was driven to join Wheeler due to the prospect of growth and the opportunity to work alongside his mentor, Tim. Over the course of his career, he has honed his skills in cultivating valuable relationships with both clients and candidates. Embracing the role of leading recruitment teams, Josh excels in fostering seamless communication and enhancing overall efficiency in the recruitment process.
