Brandi Gorr
Head of Client Relations
Brandi Gorr is the Head of Client Services and has been with Wheeler Staffing Partners for four years. With a background in business management and sales, Brandi also leads us in Business Development, to maximize opportunity, as well as being the key contact for new client budgeting and discussions.
Brandi graduated from Texas A&M – Corpus Christi with a B.S in Business. Having experience in Sales, she became passionate about the people in business and loves to celebrate success while working through any challenges that occur. Brandi has demonstrated a history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry and is highly skilled in Sales, Staffing Services, Management, Account Management, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Brandi is from a small town, Rio Vista, TX, which has a population under 1,000; she currently lives in the DFW area with her husband and two kids. In her free time, she enjoys going to the lake and go boating with her family.
Josh Graham
Director of Recruiting
Location: Plano , Texas
Josh Graham is the Director of Recruiting and Operations for Wheeler Staffing Partners. Josh leads and develops Wheeler’s talent acquisition strategies and delivery programs, including workforce/capacity planning, talent attraction, selection practices, and measurement. Additionally, he is responsible for the process, quality, training, metrics & reporting, full life-cycle recruiting, direct sourcing, and candidate pipelining across many verticals (ie. Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Mortgage, Healthcare, and Engineering).
Josh holds over 14 years of Talent Acquisition experience and has been with WSP for 6 years; he joined Wheeler because he wanted to have the opportunity to grow and work alongside his mentor, Tim. He has fifteen years of recruiting experience and where he has had the opportunity to expand relationships with clients and candidates. He enjoys leading teams of recruiters responsible for life cycle recruiting through consistent communication. Josh constantly strives to improve recruiting efforts, networking and stretches himself and the team into areas offering significant professional growth; he describes his time at Wheeler as very rewarding and family-oriented.
Prior to starting his recruiting career, he was in the Army for 11 years and served 2 tours in Iraq. Josh enjoys going hiking and to gun ranges as his favorite hobbies, and occasionally will do woodworking projects. He is originally from New Braunfels, TX, and currently resides in the DFW area with his wife and twins.
Brian Pratt
Director RPO and VPO Services
Brian Pratt is the Director of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) for Wheeler Staffing Partners. He outsources the management of the recruitment function (in whole or part) to a third-party expert to drive cost, quality, efficiency, service, and scalability benefits.
Brian attended Louisiana Tech University on a baseball scholarship where he discovered Recruiting; he has been working in the Recruiting and Staffing industry for over 30 years and has been with us for a year. He chose Wheeler because “Wheeler was best positioned to quickly adapt to the changing landscape of recruiting during this very difficult time” and describes his time here as client-focused and driven.
Brian is originally from the DFW area where he currently subsides with his family. He and his wife have been married for 29 years and have two boys who both graduated from the University of North Texas. Brian enjoys doing outdoor activities like fishing and camping.
Timothy Wheeler
President and CEO, Wheeler Staffing Partners
Tim founded Wheeler Staffing Partners in 2014 and has forged partnerships, and friendships, and has overseen impressive growth. Tim offers more than 25 years’ experience in business operations, information technology, Human Resources, finance and accounting, sales and recruiting; he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of recruiting, where he thrives best and wanting people around him to excel. Having started with industry leaders in recruiting and staffing, he gained multiple exclusive relationships which led him to open HLP Solutions in 2001 where he was the COO and VP of Sales; he went on to open and be the CEO of Wheelhouse from 2011- 2012.
Tim played college football for Pittsburg State in Pittsburg, KS, where they won the National Championship in DII in 1991, and we’re the runners-up in 1992. Before graduating from Texas A&M University-Commerce Lions, Tim was captain of the football team in 1996 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management. Tim’s passion for sports and helping others gives him the opportunity to volunteer to coach his youngest son’s mini flag football team while also giving back to his community.
Tim Wheeler was born and raised Oklahoma City, and currently lives in Rockwall, Texas with his finance’, Pamala. He loves to cheer on the Dallas Cowboys, in hoping they will win the Super Bowl. Tim has four kids, who are all involved in athletics in high school and the collegiate level.
Kacie Schlegel
Human Resource/Accounting Manager
Kacie Schlegal is the Human Resource/Accounting Manager for Wheeler Staffing Partners. Kacie supports the development of Wheeler’s corporate strategy and oversees the company’s overall financial activities. Additionally, Kacie maintains oversight of the company’s financial performance, reporting, long-range business planning, risk mitigation strategy, and corporate compliance.
When asked to describe what the company culture is at Wheeler, Kacie simply says “Progressive, Diverse, and Causal”. She is very proud that she has been with Wheeler for 7 years and is very humbled by the success of an opportunity to see a company start from the beginning and grow with it.
Kacie is originally from the Midwest in Wichita, KS, where she also graduated from Wichita State University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Management and Marketing. She currently lives in Grand Prairie, TX with her husband and two kids. When not working, Kacie is a big sports fan and loves going to sporting events with her family.
