A Plano-based mortgage firm laid off most of its recruiters at the beginning of COVID. Their open positions rapidly increased a few months into COVID, and they engaged WSP to assist with their hiring goals. The team was hired to assist with hiring underwriters, loan processors, closers, and loan officers. From June 2020 to December 2020, this team hired over 60 employees for this firm.
